Issue seems to be related to using more video memory than available.

the ini file in very old an out of date i dont think the emulator or the video 
plugin is working like it sould be with this

the glide pluging ini is very uptodate i think some implementantion of it could 
help in the progress of the emulator the ini should be side by side with the 
progress of the video plugin that we are using in 1964 now
