Sign the Windows Binary #420

Problem description

Our Windows executable should be signed so that it can more easily be trusted by end users. This has been asked for on the community forum. The Sidecar has also gotten incorrectly flagged as Malware a couple times (here and here). Getting it signed should minimize future occurances of this.

This is done with the upcoming 1.3.0 release.
