V5.0 Sidecar Tags can't be prebuilt in UI - feature request

Problem description

In Graylog when setting up the new feature for Tags in Sidecar, it would be a nice product improvement to add an area in the UI to create your entire list of Sidecar Collector tags so they would be drop down selectable when building out your configurations.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Other Advantages of seeing your displayed list of tags in a menu could be, -A sub menu to show what tags are attached to which sidecar collectors.
-A description field added to each Tag so you could explain and reference them.

Is this fixed in 5.2 with default Sidecar assignments?
