Develop Packages for ARM (Rpi...) #109

Hello, I'm trying to install Graylog on a Raspberry Pi, but there is no packages for ARM. The installation of elasticsearch and mongodb are ok for arm because packages are available, but not for graylog..

My question is, can you add packages for ARM, it will help a lot of people working on ARM processors, since the new raspberry pi 4 with his new capacities, the need is here !

@Takaao1 We build platform independent packages so the current packages should work.
