support for lsb_release command instead lsbdistcodename

Thanks for your PR, but I'm afraid that it won't work this way. The lsbdistcodename is referring to the respective Facter core fact (see https://docs.puppetlabs.com/facter/latest/core_facts.html#lsbdistcodename) and not a specific CLI command.
