Replace ElasticSearch Ansible Role #190

Hey guys.

The upstream ansible-elasticsearch repo has been archived now (https://github.com/elastic/ansible-elasticsearch), they're no longer maintaining it.

Might I suggest using Jeff Geerling's role (https://github.com/geerlingguy/ansible-role-elasticsearch)?

That's a pretty good callout. I didn't even notice it was archived. I agree that Jeff Geerling's roles are usually pretty good.

I don't maintain this repository anymore, so one of the Graylog folks will have to pick this up. If anyone out there wants to submit a PR, I'm sure it would be much appreciated!

@malcyon No worries. I can try and submit a PR later on this week if I get time, or someone else can beat me to it haha

@malcyon , hi! Are you still here? I can update used roles replace your custom mongo role with community one. But, as I assume by other PRs, you don't maintain the repo anymore
