Remove handler graylog-web #30

The service graylog-web was merged in the graylog-server in Graylog2

There are some more references to the web interface could you please remove all of them before I can merge this?

Buddy, I didn't find any other thing related to web present is in conf file which needs to be removed. 

# Web interface
web_listen_uri = {{ graylog_web_listen_uri }}

We required this to run web :)
