Update requirements for Ansible 2.2

Ansible 2.2 should be the main target version of this role. This PR:

Updates the dependencies to work with 2.2
Separates the test suite into 2.1 and 2.2 tests to simplify debugging of version issues
Limit the test suite to only test this role for idempotency (we can not garanty the same for dependencies)
Mark 2.2.1 and 2.1.2 as supported versions in the README
