Does healt_check needs port number? #154

Hi, I don't know if it is wanted, but when I run containers, the graylog container has the unhealty label during execution. This seems to be caused by this command: if curl --silent --fail http://127.0.0.1/api at the line 104. Does this command needs the port number?
