Adding Support for other MaxMind DBs #29

@Dr-Crow Which other MaxMind databases are you referring to and what are your use cases for them?

Ideally, I would like to use the Anonymous IP DB in conjunction with the City Database. Are you guys working to enrich the logs with the rest of the City DB data? Like city, country, postal code, etc?
