Improve UX of uploading a content pack #15802

What?

Currently when uploading a content pack, graylog UI does not provide any feedback about what exactly was uploaded. Because the upload doesn't 'install' the content pack, the user isn't given any feedback about what just happened and what to do next. For example, that they need to search for the recently uploaded content pack and then install it. However, if this is not a content pack they created and is from someone else, they may not know what exactly the name is and this can be cumbersome to find.

It would be helpful if some UX element could appear to show that the content pack was not only successfully uploaded, but also provide a way to see the name of the uploaded pack and even provide a quick way to install it. Even better, an optional checkbox that auto installs uploaded content packs (curious what the use case for uploading but not installing a content pack).

Why?

Improve user experience, reduce confusion and friction.

was going to open an issue for this but found i already did 😅 . For context, when interfacing with customers we may send them content packs. However, installing those content packs is not trivial and not intuitive so we'll need to include an extra how to video to guide them through how to make use of a content pack file. Food for thought.
