Also: when not all team member have logged in, the System/Authentication page shows a different number of team members (only those that have been synced) than theSystem/Teams Overview page (all remote members). This is confusing and has led to multiple forum questions and github issues in the past.

Admin should have the ability to sync users from the authentication backend. Currently sync only happens when a user logs in.
