For testing purposes (until we have the data source onboarding wizard) there are two new fields to the input creation form
- category (select of predefined list)
- subcategory (multiselect of predefined list)
On the Input Setup page we show the category and subcategory for each input in the list

We will need an API for categories and subcategories (for a specific category). This will also be needed for the Data Source wizard.
