JMX input #209

Regularly poll JMX values as Graylog2 messages.

Anyone working on this? This is a feature that would be useful to my day job, so I'm willing to tackle this if no one else has laid claim.

Definitely! One warning: As Graylog2 is now developed under the hood of TORCH we need contributors to sign a contributor agreement. (Like for example when contributing to Oracle code) - We are working on it these days and it will be a standard one.

Just thought I should let you know before you start working. :)

I don't see a problem with that. Send it over whenever it is ready, and I'll review and sign.
