Show me if a more recent Content Pack revision is available for installation #5801

Currently, a content pack shows me a little green bubble that indicates that a revision of it is currently installed. After uploading a newer revision of the same content pack, I have no way to quickly see that a newer content pack is available for installation.

Can we show another bubble that indicates this?

Graylog Version: 3.0.0+db6cf59

In the mockup there was already a bubble designed for that, but was dropped for several reasons. But the main reason I have in my mind is, that the bubble was called updatedable, which do not support (and probably never will). But we could give it another name to reflect the nature that it is meant not as an update. Any recommendations?

Could there be a visual cue that the installed version is not the latest, where the green "installed" bubble shows the version "(Installed version:xx)" and/or changes color if there is a newer version of the content pack available?
