Alert- Notifications - Port Additional Notification Types #5875

We are maintaining a few alarm callback plugins that are widely used by users and customers. The important ones should also be ported to the new notification system.

The following plugins might be candidates but we need to check with @kroepke about the priorities:

I'm using Slack plugin: https://github.com/sportalliance/graylog-plugin-slack-notification, which is working for me. I'm interesting about PagerDuty plugin, which doesn't support Events in Graylog version 3.1+
