Show AMQP message queue depth and Kafka log positions and size #642

Not only for radio, but this is useful in general to at a glance see how messages are waiting in the message bus.

Should be easily accessible information which can be shown alongside the input metrics.

You could also display some MongoDB stats (replicaset size, db size, ...).

The graylog2 web interface should show all relevant details of a big graylog2 setup (MongoDB, ES, GL2 Server, GL2 Radio, AMPQ. Kafka...).
