PDK usage #33

Please migrate to PDK or update metadata.json regarding support OS/Puppet Versions.

I gave pdk convert a try, but it seems like it wants to oblitherate the Ruby files we use for the CI. I am not familiar with Ruby, so holding off on that for now. I did update the metadata.json, though.

If anyone wants to submit a PR, I'd be fine with that. I would want the CI to still work, though.
