Updating URLs for repos #5

It appears the graylog repo URLs have changed. These are correct as of Oct-26-16

The URLs are correct. The downloads.graylog.org is actually the new name we are going to use in the future. Also the /repo prefix is needed for accessing the repositories.

Did you run with this PR? This shouldn't actually work.

Yes, that is running in my environment now - which is why I submitted the PR.

@bernd APT currently explodes with the downloads.graylog.org repo and the docs explictly state packages.graylog2.org as the server.

@bernd also URLS with /repo give 404s

I just tested the puppet module with the URLs from master. It works fine. The downloads.graylog.org domain works fine and we will switch to that in all places in the future.

The /repo URLs are not browsable with a webbrowser, that's why they might appear to not work.
