The endless quest is not being given in my runs which is causing even a custom game with the endless setting chosen to not be endless anymore. In other words, with this version of the mod installed, it's impossible to play through an endless run.

I have the same issue i even beat every nightmare i can and even act 4 and custom endless nothing seems to activate infinite spire no clue why P.s have beta disabled

In the Infinite Spire config you can Toggle the endless quest, somehow I messed up the default value for this when I made it a config option.
