-> Problems with the installation, asked colleagues for help -> Colleagues couldn't help

[x] set up Ubuntu 18.04. in VM as a "blank" isntallation for trying the Cuda installation etc. <- was not necessary

Fater rebooting, out of the sudden CUDA worked and was verified by tensorflow. To be honest, I am not sure if it works right and t 100% but right now it looks like. Need some verification later on again.
