Aborted empty error when trying to align sun fit images #15

Hi, I'm trying to align some photos (almost 900 pieces), with fits extension. After start processing, app giving me empty abort error: aborted

Hi, is it reproducible with fewer images? If so, please post them (here or elsewhere) for me to have a look.

Interestingly, it works under Linux; I'll have to check what's up with Windows version crashing.

Note that these are non-debayered raw images; you should debayer them first (e.g., save as PNG/TIFF), then perform the alignment (otherwise ImPPG's interpolation will destroy the Bayer pattern). But thanks for the examples, I will look into adding support for this in ImPPG (those non-standard Bayer-mask-related FITS keywords are mentioned e.g. here).

Which version of ImPPG did you use? I cannot reproduce the problem with 0.6.5.
