Migrate towards Derelict 3 #28

Something for the future, but once Derelict 3 and SDL 2 get stable, the frontend should be migrated to D as well. That would allow for a lot easier interfacing between the two (although the current glue layer may stay as a proof of concept, as well as this accompanying C code).

That would probably also be a good incentive to change the name. "Arcomage Clone" is not a very Google-friendly nor inspiring name. "DArcomage" sounds better. Maybe make a poll about what to name it?

Done. DArcomage is currently on par with the old frontend.
