Figured a checklist of sorts was in order to finalize when we are close to a release.

Stuff to do:

[x] Fast Travel
[x] Job Boards
[x] Bree
[x] Main Quest line (Eastern Line addition)
[x] HQM
[x] Forochel & Fast Travel
[x] Draconis Sewer ladders
[x] Fix Ephelba's Music
[x] Finish pet merchant
[x] Bree shops/npcs
[x] Minas Morgul gate/shops

Optional (these items will be bumped to a later update otherwise):

[x] Grey Havens & Fast Travel
[x] Carn Dum (Angmar) & Fast Travel
[x] Radagast's Sled

Minas Morgul gate now automatic and set to stay open if not unfriendly with eastern faction, otherwise it will close when you get close enough

Going to check off Carn Dum and Grey Havens, fast travel is done, but the builds themselves will be for completion in a later content release.

HQM work should be done tonight and radagast's sled may be held off for future content.
