Support for the arcade Mega Man games? #31

Love your project! Would it be possible to add Mega Man: The Power Battle and Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters to the list of supported games?

I have added the requested games in this repo (see related xml files src/main/db/*.xml): 2022-02-08 [ADDED] "Mega Man 2: The Power Battle" (megaman2, megaman2a, megaman2h, megamn2d, rockman2j) 2022-02-08 [ADDED] "Mega Man: The Power Battle" (megaman, megamana, mmancp2u, mmancp2ur1, mmancp2ur2, rmancp2j, rockmanj)

You can add them into your hi2txt.zip, or wait for the next "official" hi2txt.zip release here.
