Support for Galaga 88? #32

Hello again. I'd like to suggest more games to be added! This time it's Galaga 88. Awesome game.

Feel free to request :) For this one, there is already a "galaga88.xml" file provided here, so hi2txt is supporting it and I just verified that it can decode .hi file generated by mame 0.239.

Note that I didn't yet provided an "official" hi2txt.zip release here since mid-2020, but a lot of games have been added here as xml files in src/main/db/ folder. I will probably generate a new zip file soon, for this new year, allowing hi2txt to be more easy to update for users.

And yes, Galaga'88 is awesome!
