If a linguistic problem:
What wordform makes the faulty analysis occur?
ein is not only ART, but also a cardinal.

correction:

In NUM.fst modify
$CardStem/1-9$ = ein| eins | $CardStem/2-9$
$Card/1-999$ = ein| eins | $Card/2-999$
 from
$CardStem/1-9$ = eins | $CardStem/2-9$
$Card/1-99$ = eins | $Card/2-99$

Could you please give an example for "ein" as numeral.

Addition: same with eine, einer, eines, einem, einen of course. They are all
also cardinal numbers.

I disagree with analysing eine, einer, eines, einem, einen etc. as cardinals,
which is an inflection-less class. The examples where "einem" isn't an article
probably fall under the category indefinite pronoun.
