Will be done through Greate

Integrate Create into GT ore processing. FigJam graph for planning and design.

[x] Integrated Create ore proc steps with GT - main assumptions
[ ] Adjust chance outputs
[ ] Make use of Greate tiers for better processing and gate certain recipes behind it's tiers (e.g. crushing wheels)
[x] Decide on textures (e.g. crushed ore texture, Create vs GT)
