"Wax" - like item to speed item transfer on belts

Some sort of item that when applied to a belt speeds up the transfer, without bumping up the rotational speed or su impact. Ideally for a duration of time.

Imo best way to approach this would be 2x or 1.5x the amount belt can hold per slot. Could be a good way for some magic mod to make said wax.
