Allow creation via command
Perms controlled explicitly by user (default) eliminating need for adding users to a role for access
Allow mentioning role in place of user to grant access to a role.
Can be public or invite-only
Commands to invite/remove others from channel
Destroy either by command or period of inactivity.
Command to convert channel to public permanent channel (by admins), as to prevent loss of channel history

Nice. So, is this implicitly saying the person that is running the command to do this has full admin for that channel? Or just administration of the channel through the bot? I'm not sure which is better/what we want to do, just curious what you were thinking.

Unlike #31 , I feel like text channels would potentially be easier for users to handle via text commands, and limiting full admin access to the text channel might be beneficial. It would only take one channel owner to flip the switch on channel history to remove most or all of it. This feature would probably be targeted towards users that don't have higher level administrative positions in the discord server, who would be managing the channel without the commands anyway.
