bb uninstall doesn't remove MariaDB when all other applications are removed #9

Describe the bug bb uninstall domain.tld wordpress

Wordpress and Redis are both deleted, but the Mariadb remains. Uninstall should check if any applications still require MariaDB, and then delete it otherwise.

/opt/domain.tld still contains mariadb and domain.tld.env.yml files as well
