Description As a Staff Member, I want to have the ability to see all orders, so that I can get it done for the customers

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Staff members can view a list of all customer orders.
[ ] Orders can be filtered by status (e.g., serving, done, canceled).
[ ] Staff members have the ability to search for specific orders by customer name.

Priority Medium

Estimation Story points (1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21)

Definition of Done
All acceptance criteria met.
Code reviewed and merge.
Test written and passing.
Document updated(if possible)
