Description
This test case verifies that a staff member can successfully view and filter customer orders in the system. The staff member should be able to see a list of all orders, apply filters based on the order status (e.g., serving, done, canceled), and search for specific orders using the customer name.
Steps to reproduce
Step 1
Action: Log in to the System as Staff Member
Step 2
Action: You will be directed to the Order page.
Expected Result: The system displays a list of all customer orders with details such as customer name ,total price and status.
Step 3
Action: In the left sidebar, click on the Orders section.
Step 4
Action: A dropdown sidebar will appear, showing options for All, Pending, and Completed orders.
Step 5
Action: Select Pending to view orders currently being prepared, or Completed to view fulfilled orders.
Step 6
Action: Search Orders by Customer Name to find specific orders associated with a particular customer.
Expected Result: The system allows the user to enter a Customer Name in the search bar
Actual result
The status functionality is confusing, Change the status functionality.
Make a receipt for the staff to avoid using the manual calculating for giving the change of the customer.
