[Bug] Major lighting glitches in Shadow part of 'Sonic X Shadow Generations'

Description of the issue

In Shadow Generations there are major lighting glitches in levels, one of which being the first one 'Space Colony Ark'. They also flash quite severely.

Reproduction steps

1. Load Space Colony Ark Act 1 on Shadow Generations (the first level)
2. Graphical glitches should occur
