Ability to leave comment as a "Group" disappears for some proposals

We had difficulty getting a Process Admin (and Group Admin) to post as a Group.

We eventually got it working for him, but the option is strangely appearing and disappearing in different proposals... I'm able to reproduce the problem.

This group is a moderation group, that is intended to allow moderators to guide proposal development in an official capacity.

Note that it is only the specific group we need that appears to be being affected. Other groups do not disappear as options.

To further test this, we created a new group: https://wedecide.green.ca/profiles/SCAgriculture/members

We did the following:

1. Had a participant create the group
2. Validated the group via the admin panel
3. The owner confirmed the email address

We then tested the ability to comment as that group, but we couldn't get that group to show up as an option for any comment or proposal.

Update: The second group is now working, but also sporadically. It appears to work less frequently than the previous one.

hi @BigSnicker we try to reproduce it but it works properly. maybe we can find a slot to sync us so you make the error and we catch it in the console

Yes, it doesn't surprise me that you're unable to reproduce it, let's sync up. We're able to reproduce it reliably.
