Category filter does not work correctly #105

Category filter works fine, except when multiple selections are made to second level categories. This is what it looks like:

There should be many candidates that meet those two categories.

I figured this one out. We had too many levels of categories.

The WEB UI will allow you to build three levels of categories, but the filter only uses the first two levels. So the information wasn't being used.
