Participant names show both nickname and first name #145

Participant names pulled from Civi show Nickname, First Name, Lastname whereas they should only show Nickname Lastname

There are very few civi contacts with nicknames. FirstName LastName should be the standard.

Laurence,

I posted this beside there are a surprisingly large number of users with nicknames on WD and because there are people who get offended by the use of their not-preferred name (first name) and no one I've seen who would be offended by the use of their preferred name (nickname).

We've even seen cases of people surprised to see their never used, very different legal name show up as their preferred name. I'm unsure of the reverse case happening.
