SMTP is working correctly, but participants who register for meetings have not been receiving registration confirmation emails for some time.
We are increasing the use of meetings and need to be able to provide information through the registration confirmation emails.
We set-up a meeting to test this from Staging, which also doesn't appear to be sending out the registration emails: https://staging.deploy.green.ca/processes/Policy2021/f/276/meetings/138
Funnily enough, the "Attended Meetings" badge is being triggered, and sending out an email notification of the new badge level, but the registration confirmation is not.
