The Communications Committee will support the executive team in communicating strategic and governing decisions, fostering tooling, knowledge, and adoption of green software principles and patterns. The committee will help ensure that decisions made reflect the goals and values of the Green Software Foundation.

• KR1.1: Average Satisfaction Score for all PRs is 60 for 2024 (Current 0)
• KR1.2: 100% of GSF steering members are represented in the Communications Committee by end of 2024 (Current 0)

KPIs

• Average NPS Score for all mentions related to the GSF (Members, Peer Groups and IT/ Exec Media Outlets)
• Average NPS Score for all PRs we published by this Committee (so we can see how the committee is performing)
• Average NPS Score for each deliverable (so we can see how each deliverable is performing itself)
• 100% of all steering members represented in the committee.
