[x] M1 - Create a google group called comms-com which Namrata is the owner of
[x] M1 - All organizations have been notified and nominated or ignored the offer.
[x] M1 - Communication committee public page created. A public page has been created describing the CC, scope etc.. currently this is confluence.
[ ] M1 - Issue template, labels and project tab created in the gsf-admin repo/board.

@russelltrow I am happy with cc or comms-c. I leave it to @jawache to finalize as he wants us to be consistent across the board, so whatever we choose we will need to standardize for existing groups.

@bryaki02, I don’t require any actions from you on this issue!

@jawache relatively positive. Ice also learned that some organizations don't have a senior communications person they can put forth for the role, so we have to be open to allowing non-communications professionals to contribute. I'll share the details shortly.
