Checklist
[x] 1. Create a GitHub issue to track the progress of the deliverable
[ ] 2. Determine approval requirements: Collaborate with the ED to assess if approval from the ED or SC is necessary
[ ] 3. Share a set of 3-5 questions via email with committee volunteers to gather insights for the dissemination plan
[ ] 4. Facilitate engagement via email to seek input
[ ] 5. Summarize considerations and recommendations: Consolidate responses from committee volunteers
[ ] 6. Develop a Google Doc to draft the communication based on the collected insights and recommendations
[ ] 7. Task committee volunteers with the editing and review process, excluding quotes (volunteers will provide approved messaging)
[ ] 8. Task relevant Working Group or Project team to review communication
(if applicable)
[ ] 9. Share second draft and timeline for completion
[ ] 10. Conclude the drafting process by making any necessary adjustments and finalizing the communication content
[ ] 11. Share communications with member community ahead of public release
[ ] 12. Publish communication in alignment with the established timeline and approach
