Russ do you think you could arrange a meeting/gathering for us to talk to each other and see what we could do together?
Thanks,

CAUTION - This message originated outside AVEVA
In the Green Software Patterns project we have seen an influx of Product & Design practitioners, who are keen to become involved with the GSF and play their part in driving the adoption of sustainability practises from a less developer-centric perspective.
I have also noticed a number of introductions through the main GSF Discussions:
At the moment I keep hearing the same feedback about our CWG Principleshttps://learn.greensoftware.foundation/ & Patternshttps://patterns.greensoftware.foundation/ projects; they are engineering focused and it is difficult for others to see the relevance or how they might apply the knowledge in their role.
How could we better support Product & Design practitioners?

Discussed in previous CWG meeting
When it comes to Product Owners and Designers, what are the gaps? @GadhuNTTDATA's suggestion supported by @PindyBhullar: Action - Category of role profiles for patterns
For Engineers, they can go into the Patterns Catalogue and pick out what they need. For the middle/change part, there is a gap. There is no material that covers their problems/issues they are trying to solve.
@pdematos12 and myself met this week and discussed how to move this forward. We agreed to organise an open-door knowledge sharing session on Green Software Design.
Further details to follow.
Hi, I'm a design strategist at Thoughtworks (Berlin) looking this topic, and would very much like to support this initiative. @pdematos12 do let us know when the session will be
Hey @Mettenim we are currently figuring out timings but the first session should be mid March. I'll make sure you are notified once we have a date set.
The first session has been scheduled! Please see this discussion for further details and to get involved:
Passionate about designing green software solution?
