Regarding the University Plan, I am back from vacation and various life/work blockers, so I have time to focus on the University Plan. The current status is:

We lacked enough participants for quorum so had a more informal discussion.
Discussed the results of Carbon Hack from the stats to winners and What's Next - See attached PDF
Watched the winning Under 18 prize submission video from GreenerMeet. This is well worth watching as an example of the effort put into the hackathon projects.
Discussed What's Next for both Impact Framework and the hackathon submissions
Discussed sharing the shortlisted projects through social media to promote the projects and also gather additional feedback.
[x] @russelltrow @NAMRATA-WOKE discuss how to best share the CH24 shortlisted video submissions to gather broader feedback.
[ ] @russelltrow provide further details on the practical steps that the Impact Framework team will take for the shortlisted projects.
