Create a more course-like, richer Training website #26

Why: Current training welcome page does not feel like the start of a course and considered too "dry" for general consumption What: Upgrade the learner experience with richer media included as part of the course Scope of work:

@jawache as per https://github.com/Green-Software-Foundation/gsf-admin/issues/258, can you share the deck that has all training content along with graphics that you mentioned in the weekly PPP?
