Checklist for Organiser

• [ ] speakers identified
• [ ] speaker bio/picture collected for Meetup.com & Social promotion
• [ ] Catering arranged for event (please note, GSF cannot provide funding)
• [ ] Event Sponsors in place if applicable

PM Checklist:

• [ ] Define event details: type, topic, audience (public, private, combo..)
• [ ] Date locked? before publishing the event
• [ ] Venue sourced? before publishing the event
• [ ] Publish event on Meetup at least 2 weeks prior the date
• [ ] Speaker sourced?

Creating issue to start tracking towards the second event,

Date - End of Jan / Start of Feb based on speaker availability Location & Catering - two options both agreed for location and food sponsorship, pending date / speaker confirmation Speakers - One being discussed, one likely when back from leave and one lead for another speaker

Hey @Sophietn, sorry for the delay, i've been struggling to secure speakers on a firm date and its kept slipping out, I'm just back from some leave so I'm going to make another call for speakers this week as I've got someone interested in helping out now too!
