Checklist for Organiser

• [ ] Venue has been arranged
• [ ] topic/format decided
• [ ] speakers identified
• [ ] speaker bio/picture collected for Meetup.com & Social promotion
• [ ] Catering arranged for event (please note, GSF cannot provide funding)
• [ ] Event Sponsors in place if applicable

PM Checklist:

• [ ] Define event details: type, topic, audience (public, private, combo..)
• [ ] Date locked? before publishing the event
• [ ] Venue sourced? before publishing the event
• [ ] Publish event on Meetup at least 2 weeks prior the date
• [ ] Speaker sourced?

Let me know how we can support, and when it'll be ready for us to share and publish. It'd be great to confirm who will be speaking, a title for any talks, pictures/bio of speakers. Thanks!

Hello @Sophietn . Thanks for checking in. Venue TBC in next week or so then it will be ready to share and publish. Oliver Cronk is speaking. Do you mean you that you can share pictures/ bios of speakers via GSF channels? If so, once venue confirmed next week I can send everything. Thanks. Adam
