What: Manual highlighting the new regulations related to greening software and emissions/impact reporting, and what companies will be held accountable for and when. Why: There is a plethora of new legislation coming out that will impact companies and how they report on environmental impacts and its overwhelming, not everyone knows of all the requirements facing them and when they need to get their ducks in a row to best reflect their performance. How: Wiki on PWG repo? Similar to what we did for Carbon Hack 24, allowing the content to stay dynamic.
