Antitrust Policy

Joint Development Foundation meetings may involve participation by industry competitors, and it is the intention of the Joint Development Foundation to conduct all of its activities in accordance with applicable antitrust and competition laws. It is therefore extremely important that attendees adhere to meeting agendas, and be aware of, and not participate in, any activities that are prohibited under applicable US state, federal or foreign antitrust and competition laws.

If I could add to this for request of agenda points for next month (@tmcclell @Sealjay , not sure if I should directy open issues for those? happy to do so):

• How do we track public speaker engagements ? (E.g. a form speakers to submit to?) And how can we visualise that? (e.g. collect all speaker engagements as a calendar on https://speakers.greensoftware.foundation/
• Could we consider GSF swag ? (hoodies/beanies from a sustainable provider) - could be a great benefit for raising GSF awareness at conferences or in the wild
