[x] @chrisxie-fw will submit the final updates based on today's discussion
[x] @seanmcilroy29 The meeting approved the final first initial draft and approved the pull requests to publish to the main branch, so as to gather more community feedback and to continue to optimize the specification.
[ ] @tmcclell mentioned about separating software from hardware variables in order to obtain normalized baseline for comparison.
[ ] There were also discussions on: 1. if there is a use case for a unified rating system, like the NutriScore system where there is only one rating scheme (A-D) for all kinds of foods, instead of a system that allows different software categories to define their own rating system. 2. Another question of potential discussion that may be similar to this effect: would there be a use case where Apples should be compared with Oranges in the context of SCER?
[ ] For the next meeting, the approved draft will continue to be discussed, optimized, and fine tuned to capture the thoughts and ideas of the community.
