Add a meeting agenda: presenting SCER for LLMs in AI_Dev conference Responsible AI track for Sustainable AI life cycle #34

AI_Dev conference has a Responsible AI Track for Sustainable AI. Discuss opportunities to evangelize SCER for LLMs and attract more experts to join and develop SCER for LLMs. Format can be lightening talks, presentations, panel discussions etc.

SCER WG's talk submission was accepted for Linux Foundation AI_dev Open Source GenAI and ML Summit in June 16-19, 2024, in Paris.
